Could someone please provide me instructions on removal and installation of the injection pump on the 1505 kubota including the proper recommended bleeding of the fuel system and restarting of the engine?

Depending on weather it shuts off w/ the key switch or not.. you HAVE TO remove the electric shut off solenoid to the rear of the injection pump FIRST.. IF its manual, disconnect the cable disconnect the throttle.. and remove the side plate.. Now the lines and 4 or 6 hold down screws and lift up.. The control rack has to be in a certain position to clear the block.. you'll see what I mean.. The timing is controlled by those thin shims under the pump.. DONT LOOSE THEM.. I wouldn't send them w/ the pump to be repaired.. just set them back on the block. Installation is easy to.. bolt the pump down w/ a SMALL AMOUNT of sealer.. DONT FORGET THE SHIMS.!! Engage the side cover throttle control w/ the pump rack pin and tighten the 4 bolts.. Hook up the 4 lines 1x1 and tighten.. Hook up the fuel line and leave loose.. Loosen the lines AT THE INJECTORS a turn or two.. Crank the engine until you get a good ****** of fuel AT THE PUMP INLET and tighten.. Hold the throttle wide open and crank the engine until you get fuel AT THE INJECTORS.. and tighten.. Now start the engine.. let it idle for about 3 minutes to check for leaks and off you go..
