Hello and have a nice day I am working on a Volvo 256 compact wheeled excavator which shows 140RPM in engine off condition and in this case starter does not rotate and also ignition does not shut down. Also some times ram lock does not work there is no voltages to safety solenoid. Anyone having ideas and diagrams for this attached serial Any help will be greatly appreciated.
