Hi, I have the following issue on Volvo A30F ADT, 2015, $ V320070. Event code on display when ignition switched on SE5225-4: Brake cooling oil pressure error shows on display. Start up engine and the following event code is active EF5206-1 Brake cooling oil pressure low. When pressing brake pedal the code becomes inactive, when realising brake pedal code becomes active again. Was advise by agents that it could be faulty sensor (VOE17202563) or wiring. Did receive pin out for sensor wiring to V-ECU from agents. No open circuit or short located. 5V supply and chassis frame earth was checked as well with plug connected to sensor. Wiring seems to be in order. Have a sister A30F, V320069. I swapped sensors around to check if fault will occur on sister machine. All in order. Last resort to swap V-ECU. Assistance would be appreciated.
Have you had a software update on this machine to your knowledge? there was instances of erroneous pressure readings and this was the fix for some of the machines. the other thing to look at is hydraulic pump P6 Front left on the pto box as this provides hydraulic power to the brake cooling pump have a look to see if the pwm valve is operating properly and providing enough flow to drive the cooling pump
Hi, thank you for suggestions. No software update on this machine during time in our possession. I'll arrange with agents regarding software update and to recheck if pump P6 pwm valve is in order.
