Could not find description how cabin temp adjustment works. Even if I switch to manual full heating 'H4', no heat coming. Cabin temp sensors seems to be faulty as it shows +44C at -5C -> will be replaced. Temp sensor in cylinder head replaced but not connected due broken connector (ordered) Just wondering if those faulty/missing sensors can cause flaps not turning for heating position or is there issue with flap actuators? Water hoses to heating element are hot so that seems not to be an issue. Also noted there was faulty reading on another engine temp sensors (near thermostat?) Might that cause cooling fan to run too high speed? Can this speed checked from menus? Hydraulic oil and engine oil temps look reasonable.
The computer is taking heat away since it thinks it's hotter than the demand. If you fix that sensor, you should be golden.
Cylinder head temp, boost air temp and pressure & hydraulic oil temp are the parameters that the fan is controlled by. If you unplug the PWM valve controlling the fan, it should go full speed. Do you have measured fan speed showing in service mode of your display panel?
