Already replace new 6pc unit pump and nozzle but still need to spray petrol into intake manifold then only can run the engine I notice that the over pressure fuel return valve on the bosch unit pump rail it can blow by my mouth easily.. The spring in the valve should be hard to maintain the rail pressure right.. What is the right diesel pressure on the rail.?

45psi up to 70 psi full throttle, no load. Overflow valve is a common failure, so is the belt driven fuel pump. Unload the belt and check for play.
