I have a Ecr48c mini excavator hour meter that was stopped when I bought the machine. Could the prior owner unplugged it, how I a check? Are these powered by alternator or another means?
Initially the feed comes from the ignition, but it goes through the Vecu then into the Iecu ( which is the box it's in ) so check you have feed from ignition to Vecu pins 2 ( cable marking 105 ) and 10 ( cable marking 100) and then out of Vecu on pin 4 and into pin 21( cable marking 110 ) on the Iecu
