Hello to all, We have some Volvo l110h in our exploration. Since some days one of the loaders has cooling issues and sends errors about brake pressure too low. When you start the machine brake pressure will only build up to 90bars,when you curl bucket back pressure will increase to approx 160bars. Fan Speed is abot 250rpm engine idling and max 700 when engine on max rpm, tested also in service mode. Tools for pressure measurements are on hand. Thanks in advance for all help. It clearly sounds like pump 3 has failed. The low fan speed (flow) and inability to satisfy brake charging (pressure) says that P3 is not contributing. The pwm valve attached to P3, if you unplug it, you should see maximum displacement right away. If no change is observed, time for a pump. BTW, swing by new member introductions and say hi.
