Both hydraulic hoses to the tilt/croud ram only last 3000 hours approx including the first day originals. 16000 hours on have lost enough time,oil and hose to them. Has any one else this problem or a nifty solution? The weld between the ram base and barrel has also cracked in 3 different places in the last 6000 hours. But she works fair hard.
Ours lastet 5000 hours. they now comes with some called Volvo hoses, hope they are better. we have replaced 7 hoses in 8000 hours.
Have you checked the hyd pressure?
The pressure is not the problem here,its the extreme bending of inch hose during operation.
