:BangheadSo operator tells me ac blowing hot and both of his condenser motors are not turning. Did a quick check all fuses are good no power at both the condenser pig tail while a/c on. Does anyone know which relay the wires run to. A/c low side 30 high side 400 when cycling. anyone know if these ac units have a high pressure switch. am guessing their is some restriction some where may be drier blocking the high pressure so it wont cool. looking for some advice.
:beatsmeOkay found a burnt relay. And this relay is for the condenser motor fans. not sure why it got burnt maybe old and worn. Gunna replace the burnt relay and fix the pigtail with 4 wires that goes into the relay. hopes this fixes the a/c problem.
Gas seems high. But replace the relay first and see if it comes down more
So I replaced the condenser fan relay and it seems that the green and yellow striped wire is ground. when you hit the ac button this green and yellow wire should get ground so that the relay jumps the thicker solid yellow wire next to it hot. once the solid yellow wire is hot the condenser fans will work. Now I got to find were my thin green and yellow wire is losing it ground because the relay is not jumping over when you hit the ac button unless I jump the green and yellow wire manually. also besides these 2 wire there are to more green and red wires that are always hot once the key is on.
