When it rains, its pours!. Have the engine and torque converter out of my 580c . It's at my river place and with the flooding in pretty sure water is getting into the transmission through the from pump housing now. Is this going require a rebuild or?????. Thanks for any help.
Maybe no water has gotten in it. IF it has, I would change the fluid ASAP and see what I've got. I worked in New Orleans right after Katrina and we had a 580C or real close 4x4 backhoe that was underwater for several days. The RR sold it at auction for a very good price. The new owner replaced all fluids and that backhoe was reported as working properly. You might get lucky on this.
