Looks like one used for mud mixing. They are generally running mud and water several feet deep so they relocate cooling package to the top to keep radiators from plugging up.

Looks more like what these fellas build here in Australia. https://m.facebook.com/watch/?v=2702114369853414&_rdr Used for clearing and blade ploughing

Good idea to use the electric fans rather than hydraulic . Way cheaper with thermostat control and it could be staggered with one on if its needed at a lower setting rising the settings as needed for the other 3 . Must say that the old rops cabs with their coolant for the heater going up the door jams is far tidier than a couple of hoses from the radiator . Wouldn't be the flow though .

There was a post on here several years ago about it. They use dozers to dewater the coal ash ponds at coal fired power plants. The one member had all kinds of pictures of dozers buried up to the tops of the cabs.

I believe that photo might be from the oil sands up in Alberta (note the Finning sticker on the ROPS - older style which dates this photo to the 2000s). After the bitumen is separated from the sand, the sand is cleaned then spread on a tailings pond. It is very muddy work, so those dozers have the radiators and heat exchangers relocated.
