torque specs on an 850K sproket. Deere says 525 ftlb but I doubt it since theyre metric 3/4 grade 8 bolts. Oh and how do you spell sprocit,? sproket?, thanks

Welcome to HEF Newburg653 ! SHOW ME the serial number. Sorry, I saw Missouri and felt compelled to do that . Sprocket (spelled correctly ) bolt torque listed in the manual is 525 lb-ft with Loctite 277 high strength thread locker. The bolts are 20mm X 1.5 mm pitch grade 10.9. I consider that the high end of the spec for 20mm bolts. Make sure you are using Deere bolts for that spec. If you have aftermarket bolts you might have to find out from them what is the maximum torque their bolt can handle. Make sure your threads had been cleaned with a thread chaser and that the surfaces on both the sprocket and final drive are clean and (very important) smooth. If any of the threads are questionable achieving torque might be difficult. If you look at bolt torque charts, most out there are listing average bolt torque for a given size. What they don't tell you is (some sights will) is that the bolt torque varies whether it is lubricated (Loctite does not count as lubricated), dry, non-plated, zinc plated, cadmium plated, etc.

    Correction to bolt dimensions . 20 mm dia. X 2.5 mm pitch X 55 mm length, grade 10.9 (bolt p/n 19M8002).
