I have a scrap crane I was given (missing electronics parts) that is barely used, as they say and has a bunch of good parts. What would you recommend to take off and sell? Cummins QSB engine? Spicer axles? Hoist winch? Pulling winch? etc

Curious what the full story on the machine is. Did someone steal the electronic parts or something? Everything looks brand new. Thinking it could be a good project and could add a new wiring harness or whatever electronics and have a good crane for considerably less than buying a new complete crane.
