What’s the difference in a H743 and a N744

Can anyone tell me the difference in a H743 and a N743

    I always heard of them referred to as the NH 743. Possibly one is 2 valve and the other is 4 valve. Pretty much the same basic engine.

    I'm just wondering if the pistons and sleeves are the same
