Have a mack dump and 2 weeks ago front drive axle passenger side was leaking , pulled off wheels replaced seal and bother inner and outer bearings because bearing were pittied.. ran the unit for 2 weeks and noticed seal is leaking again? any ideas what may cause this, could the new bearings be going bad ?

Double check to make sure you got the right parts put in there?

Is it a two piece seal, or standard seal with a wear ring? I have in the past had issues with new bearings being tight on the spindle. Installed, torqued to spec, backed off, adjusted to spec, etc. A few hours of use and the hub was flopping around because the inboard bearing finally decided to seat all the way in. Lucky for me a new seal, some emery cloth and some cussing and all was well. Of course it COULD have been a mistake on my part, I am told often that I am not perfect.....

Jack it up and check the hub for play. If it's ok replace the seal and check the diff vent and make sure it's not plugged
