When boom up the engine low power and suddenly off

Dear mr.kobelco Can you help me please to solve problem my kobelco excavator. The problem are when boom up full extend or raise up,the engine low and suddenly off. I have replace fuel filter and air cleaner.Adjusting pump pressure and relief valve but the same problem still occure

    Are other functions work correctly ? Both traveling levers operate together on slop, is problem occur?
