who has one of these on the shelve

i pulled the fan off a 4-71 GM to replace the bearings in it only to be told by my local bearing supplier that the inside sleave that the roller bearing and seal runs on is impossible to obtain does anyone know of anyone who may have one that is collecting dust numbers on the sleave are ---MAC 1207 BOWER HX the sleave may or may not come with the roller bearing I have tried surplus bearings and hard to get bearing places with no luck
