It happens, glad you were ininjured and the machine unhurt. In spite of what some may claim, whenever you are in a machine with ROPS, your chances of survival and avoiding injury are much better if you are belted securely in and stay in the seat. Skid steers and CTL's have lousy sight lines to the rear and tend to be rear end heavy anyway, just the way it is.
