I would say 900 to 1200. That's what I've seen them here go for.
Hoist or no hoist?
No hoist. Just a plain rack. Its a '96? with just some slight surface rust.

I think it would be worth less than that. If its one of those cheaper decks built out of formed and stamped steel with no more than a 1/8th thick I would say 350-400 dollars at most.
Without pictures, we're all really just speculating.
