   Well, we had a small tamrock Commando 150 drilling rigg strapped to a pallet. That pallet was carried with a Volvo L150 wheelloader. Pallet strapped to the forks.(steel chains) It was considered safe, as the operator of the Commando had a 30feet cable controlling the rig. This was done to reach high enough with the rigg in a road cut. (UNPROFOR, Bosnia Herzegovina, 1995) U know in war, everything is legal.. To your question: No, i would not allow anybody to be inside that exc.
