Ok So the last time I ran machine it cranked over slow but it started , oil light came on when turned key left for air heater then fully right to start , like I said was a bit slower than usual turning over but fired right up . So now its like 3 weeks later go to start it and dead no oil light with air heater , no crank nothing . thought it was battery as it was slow last time ......nope still nothing with jumper , checked battery and it was good on the load test . Checked power to starter switch and gets power beyond that I'm lost . After disconnecting battery how do I go about finding out if switch is bad ? Thanks in advance

Check where your ground cable mounted on the frame. It sounds like it can be loose or corrosion underneath. Also Check all cables for corrosion.

There were a few unplugged connectors but they didn't match up plug wise . There was one 8 wire connector floating up top and down at bottom of wire loom was what looked like a 8 plug connector taped to the side .idk how if that's the separated connector, it must of been barely plugged together , looking at diagram it might be the plug under the starting switch as that controls off the acc lug . there were other connectors but since they were together i ignored em didn't notice if any of the others were an 8 plug . Hopefully morrow when it's dry out can reopen er up and give a better look see . if it's that plug it must of never been connected all way as its a pain to get to and it didn't stand out that it was an in use plug that got seperated but will see . Thanks for diagrams If it's a grounding issue then the floor panel and seat has to come out and the seats a pita to remove due to its weight

FYI , back up and running Big shout out to Yanmar America down in Georgia emailed their Service dept and help provided pointed to the direction needed to go . One wire had corroded in a wiring harness and someone's fix was to jumper it out but didn't use any dielectric grease So when it finally went took the whole machine down .Once a new plug was put in and everything dielectricked up it fired right up .
