Anyone have access to a wiring schematic for the pump and valve controller circuit for a. ZAXIS240LC-3 SR# FF01V10021287 and a list of the hydraulic fault codes?
Hey Steve, no wiring schematic here . What hydraulic fault codes do you have ?
11003-3, 11202-4, 11301-4,11303-4, 11307-4, 11101-4, 11206-4, 11302-4,11304-4, 11200-4. No blown fuses the controller is powering up. No 5-volt power to sensors. Customer was tracking unit suddenly went to low idle and hydraulics got slow. All sensors read 0 even when activating a function. Also, the travel alarm sounds anytime you turn ignition key on. Suspect harness issue will check further tomorrow. What do you think?

I suspect a short some where in the 5V sensor wire harness. Considering the travel alarm is on constantly with key on, the travel pilot sensor area of the wire harness may be a good place to start.
Thanks Dave that's where i am going first tomorrow, i have had problems on Deere 160CLC at the hydraulic oil temp sensor caused similar problems. I believe the travel sensor is located on the pilot signal manifold on this unit. Appears the harness has had a lot of patch work.
Found wire for 5-volt power to sensors shorted to ground. Noticed that bottom guard at pump compartment was bent up into frame also noticed pump harness was pinched between guard and attenuator hose metal cap. Removed guard and short to ground went away. Could see where harness was rubbed bare. Repaired harness straightened bottom guard, unit back in operation.
