Case 350 worn track roller

After walking the machine over to where my telehandler is to pick it up, I got a part of the track on the peak of the trail and it tried to roll my good track off; the track chain had rolled part of the way off the track rollers and was binding.... however when I checked it earlier, it was in spec, maybe ill do it again and double check.
