Case 580d ignition problem

My case 580d backhoe won't stay running. The key won't start the machine, but It starts when I jump the starter across the solenoid. Up until today it would run as long as the key was in the on position, but now it runs for 2 seconds and dies. It also seems to lose voltage until some relay clicks off and then resets.
