John Deere 790 ELC hyd problem 2

I have had a hydraulic problem with my deere for a year now. Everyone I have had look at it is stumped. Here are my two videos of it acting up and then working ... not 100 % but working. This is what it does when its not working... This is what it does when it decided to work half assed. Hope someone has a answer or suggestion to the problems, Thanks...
