I have had a hydraulic problem with my deere for a year now. Everyone I have had look at it is stumped. Here are my two videos of it acting up and then working ... not 100 % but working. This is what it does when its not working... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JEb25ugGHmg This is what it does when it decided to work half assed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=szHnemUVchg Hope someone has a answer or suggestion to the problems, Thanks...

Sucking air maybe through a tank suction line or collapsing suction line causing cavitation? Are the cyls leaking badly? It looks like the cyls are coming in so fast that it might be sucking air around the rod seal? What happens when you very slowly move the stick/boom/bucket ? Pj

Have you put gauges on it to read the pressure when this is happening?

I've really got no experience to say this but looks like a pump control or pilot circuit problem to me. As joipoi stated, need to know pressures.

The fact that both tracks move at the same time when you move the levers at the same time indicates that both pumps are going to full stroke. You need to know what secondary pilot presure is at the spool cap. The way the bucket sort of hangs there at the bottom of curling it in is also normal, but not for that long of a time. The fact that the bucket and the wing are on different sides of the control valve tells me that your problem has to be somewhere that both valve body sections are effected by it, that to me points to more secondary pilot pressure. Travel is a single pump function as one pump runs one track, P1 and P2 runs the other. Swing is a single pump function, bucket is a single pump and that being the reason the bucket sort of hangs there, the pump has to catch up with the rod movement in the barrel. Arm in and boom up use a spool in each control valve to use combined oil flow for speed. The arm uses a regen valve if I remember is inside the left control valve spool. The fact that it effects all your front functions is definitly a flow issue and write this somewhere to not forget, flow is speed, pressure is power. Let us know how you make out with repairs. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply's..... I am thinking myself that it is a spool sticking... why is it when it is working... it will work till you shut the machine off... and when you start it kright back up... the bucket is gone.... Now this doesnt happen all the time but most of the time. Sometimes it while working the controls it will just let go and work like it should. In the second video I made it kept working like that for a week and now its back to the same way. I have tried to get some mechanics out here but its like pulling teeth..people say they will come right out and never show up. Its getting fustrating for sure. Thank you for the sugestions and I will keep trying to get the pressures checked soon.
