Replacing brake shoes on Ford 3000 tractor

Brake job on the 3000 isn't to big of a deal . I put brakes in the neighbors 3000 , biggest part was removing the wheel . These dry mechanical brakes are marginal at best . I got it put back together & tried the tractor out on a few hillsides and wasn't happy with it . Would lock the wheels but had to damn near stand on the brake peddle . So back to the shop and pulled it all back apart .................. I had check
