Volvo EC210cl throttle issue

Here is a video of the issue. S/N: vcec210cp00111851 2012 model, 5100 hrs Serviced by the book, good condition. Issue is the machine randomly bogs down very abruptly with no warning. Will go from any rpm to 600-700 then abruptly back up to what ever it was set on the dial. Even if it has auto decelerated to 1000rpm it can still then bog down.
