1840 Case Skid Steer, engine runs, but don't go.

    A little more info? Is this a new machine to you? Did it work in the recent past? If it was "going" did it stop while working? If so did it make a noise? By "don't go" does this include the hydraulics? Is there a puddle of oil under it? How about a S/N? The more info you can give the better chance someone can and will offer advice.
