1840 float

or the float.I see a lot of post about the balls in the detente fopr the float being dirty or worn. Do I have to dissemble the spool valve to get to them?

    The float control is external. The unit bolts on the rear of the control valve. They get gummed up with dirt and oil over the years. The plugs, springs and balls can be removed on the machine on a 1835C, I would think a 1840 could be removed on the machine too.
