My backhoe ran fine a few weeks ago. I used the manual shut off lever inside to shut it down when I was finished using it. I tried to start it this week and it will turn over good but will not start. The tank is full of fuel and when I loosen the nut on both filters there is fuel in them.
When you push the shut off lever in make sure the valve is opening.
MAKE SURE the cable is moving the shut off lever and the lever is on the stop screws.. If THATS OK.. If this is a RoosaMaster/Stanadyne pump, u can remove the top cover by removing the 3 screws and make sure the metering valve is moving freely..
