Not a crane operator, have an old 20-ton 1977 pettibone crane for farm use. The boom will sway left or right with a slight breeze or crane isn’t perfectlyyyy level. I can even pull on the winch cable and turn it from the ground with ease. Is there a way to fix this? Need direction on where to look first, as no manual can be found online and not sure of the model. Any help would be appreciated greatly. Thank you
