I have a 1996 hitachi ex 40 it is a gray market machine. All the function only work at about 60-70 percent speed. It still has plenty of power for digging just very slow movement boom and turning. Also the rt track will only work(well) when another function on boom is being preformed at same time. I have change all filters. Had hydro pump rebuilt. Rotary REBUILT. and ready to give up. any ideas. ???
