Hello! I have a 1999 genie Z45-25 atriculating boom lift. the issue is with the lowering of the 1st boom. really slow from the basket but works fine from the console. I have replaced the dual action controller with a used one and it worked fine for a while and now it is acting up again. any advice would be helpful.
