2003 deere 650 h lgp QUESTION

Having replaced moniter , tcm altenator, keys witch, CAN system terminate plugs And reading multiple forums ans repair manuals, I can not figure out for the life of me , what is causing the battery symbol to stay on the moniter !. Also , THE RPMS are not showing . I suspect wherever the rpms are picked up at could be the problem , can someone point me to the area that would send the rpm info to the dash ? ( note: the tcm also does not read the rpm)

On my 450h it was one of the diode packs on the back of the alternator.

my first move was a new alternator, and thought i got a bad one , then proceed to buy yet another new alternator both from deere,

One other thing, we had some crazy lights on the display too, we swapped the busted display for the new style with the new harness adapter from deere (1000 bucks) and it has been perfect since.

For the charging light, did you check the F3 Start Aid/Alt Exc Fuse? Does voltage reach the D terminal of the alt with the key on? How about a picture of the back of your alternator? For the rpm issue, that serial number machine uses the hydrostatic pump speed sensor (on the front pump) for engine speed. It sends information to the TCU which then sends it to the Monitor. I would check the speed sensor and it's wiring.

EXACTLY WHAT THE ISSUE WAS! replaced the speed sensor and away all the problems went! thank you thank you. now i am trying to calibrate the TCM with the new parts installed , I make it to the 2nd (out of 3) phase of calibration. i get hung up throwing a code that has to do with the B8 rear left pump PCP. the more i diagnose ( reading miliamps to pumps in the TCM screen the milivolts are crazy up and down on the left hand pump value. any ideas if the FNR switch could be suspect? or the actual PCP on the side of the B8 pump?? thanks in advance

What is the specific code? What is the last step completed in the calibration, specifically?

the screen says OK push next! (and I proceed to push next) Then it Says. CAL! Then these codes appear F3M4,F330 This all takes place in the second stage of calibration, ( the one where you put it forward and reverse for around a couple minutes at high idle )

F3M4 - This diagnostic trouble code indicates that the left track motor speed sensor direction voltage level does not match calibrated value. It can be shorted to power or not calibrated. F330 - This diagnostic trouble code indicates that the FNR sensor voltage is less than 0.27 volts. You have to repair these issues to complete a calibration.
