Does anyone know how to adjust the idling on this backhoe, seems to be revving too high.
You didn't forget the backhoe throttle pulled up did you.
The hi idle/low idle adjustments are done on the injection pump. The throttle has a leg that hangs down and touches either screw.. The adjustment requires a 10mm wrench and a flat head screwdriver.. For low idle, u screw the screw OUT (counter clockwise) to LOWER the rpm.. Good luck

It’s possible the LINKAGE is holding the LEVER.. so ALWAYS MAKE SURE the lever is touching the stop screws.. it may be something as simple as adjusting the LINKAGE.
