Just curious if there is anyone out there that has changed the seal on one of the drive motors at the wheel? Or is the seal even replaceable?
Did one the beginning of last month. Is it the front or rear motor? The rear drive motor has the brake assembly on it which complicates the job abit. If the shaft bearing behind the seal is OK then it's pretty straight forward. If the bearing is bad the motor needs to come apart.
Ya it's the back motor. The unit ran smooth with no noises from that area. It just started leaking with the weather starting to get cold. What did you pay for your seal if you don't mind me asking?
