2007 case 435 no lights

I have a problem with a case 435 I just bought I can't seem to get the lights to work . When I press the buttons on the console the screen light comes on and the little green led light lights up on the console also ,but non of the lights on the machine come on or even have power when I use a voltage tester . Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated Many thanks
