I have a 2008 580 Super M backhoe. i set the throttle and start operating then it cut backs down to idle. heres the list of error codes it reads, Hours 3631.5 1. 1039 – Occ: 30 HR: 3631.4 2. 1036 – Occ: 30 HR: 3631.4 3. 1004 – Occ: 137 HR: 3630.6 4. 3088 – Occ: 16 HR: 3598.2 5. 3095 – Occ: 13 HR: 3598.2 6. 3089 – Occ: 9 HR: 3598.2 7. 3243 – Occ: 1 HR: 3442.1 8. 1015 – Occ: 4 HR: 3382.3 9. 3173 – Occ: 1 HR: 3355.1 10. 1022 – Occ: 1 HR: 3193.6 11. 1020 – Occ: 1 HR: 3052.8 12. 1014 – Occ: 2 HR: 2950.6 13. 1045 – Occ: 250 HR: 2737.0 14. 1019 – Occ: 16 HR: 2737.0 15. 1002 – Occ: 11 HR: 2737.0 16. 3007 – Occ: 1 HR: 2737.0 17. 1021 – Occ: 17 HR: 2735.5 18. 1058 – Occ: 1 HR: 2635.4 19. 1051 – Occ: 1 HR: 2635.4 20. 1056 – Occ: 1 HR: 2635.4 any help is appreciated.
From the year, this should be a series 3 machine? 1039 Hand throttle sensor voltage under 200 mV for 5 seconds 1036 Hand throttle sensor signal below 5% of input for 5 seconds Does the foot throttle work? I would check your seat switch, and make sure the wires are not damaged. Also check your one touch idle. Turn it off and see if throttle works. Switch may be failed.
