2012 hitachi zaxis 225 throttle issue (throttles up from load but not by knob)

Exactly as title states. Knob doesn’t work and it has been replaced once before. Please help

    ZX225US-3 ? Do you know how to access service mode in the monitor ? Check the throttle dial voltage at idle and at full throttle settings.

    Pulled on some wires at control valve while dial was maxed out and throttle shot up. Must have been a short
