Is there any way I can get a timing procedure for the injection pump on a cat 259d, thanks in advance
Machine Serial Number please, just to be sure the info is correct Is the pump currently on or off the engine and if it is off was the engine timed correctly before it was removed.?
If pump is still installed mark pump gear to idler and reinstall the same. If pump has been remove without marking you will have to pull front cover and line up timing marks from crankshaft on up. Nige can get you the correct procedure per serial.
