3116 engine

Can someone get any good info on setting the rack and injector timing on these engines?I have tried my ass off to get good material on this for a while now, thanks in advance

    I've seen the info here and there, but don't remember exactly where. The tools are out there, but a lot harder to find a complete setup than the procedure. Best to leave it alone if you don't have to mess with it.

    Here's the OG but without the tooling you're probably not going to have much success.
