323e skid steer ENGAGE HYDRAULICS issue

I have a 323e skid steer 1T0323EKAEG273316 that is having a Hydraulic issue. I can release the park brake and the machine will drive properly, but the bucket will not curl or the boom will not raise or lower, it just beeps at you and says Engage Hydraulics. It is not the Door or seatbelt.
