I just rebuilt and installed a transmission in a 416b that was disassembled on a pallet when I bought it. All new seals, bearings, gaskets, clutches were installed. Serial number for machine is 5PC05641. Machine will not move forward or backward. Performed pressure test and all readings are where they should be. Neutral button is working fine. Suspected torque converter was bad (was a reman) and I send it to a transmission shop to be looked at and they said it is fine. Any ideas?
