Can the front bucket slam down if it is in the raised position and a hydraulic hose blows on a Cat 420D?
Yup, nothing to stop it if any of the hoses connected to the bottom end of either of the hoist cylinders pops. Anyone nearby when the hose popped would get a hydraulic oil bath........
