I think the resovoir is under the hood right up next to the dash, should be a little cup looking deal that says 10w on it. As for the sensor, I'm having trouble remembering the exact location of it. How many pumps does it take for the brake pedal to go soft and go to the floor?

Any way that you can hook up a set of gauges and use a port a power to put pressure in the front and rear diff by removing the oil supply line to the brakes and hooking the port a power to that? If you pressureize it and it does not hold or drops down very quickly you have an internal brake issue. If you can't do that, you could always pull the fill plug and see if the diff is overfull, if the brakes are blown or leaking the diff will be overfull.

If it is the 3rd light down on the right column of indicators, it is the brake reservoir oil level. There is a sensor at the bottom of the reservoir that trips the light on the dash.
