hey all I am working on a 2011 580 sn that the pilot controls just kick out randomly. In order to get it working again I have to pull the main relays out and switch them and or replace them. I have gone over harnesses and could find nothing out of the ordinary of course the company has no book on the machine. Has anyone ever had a problem like this or can anyone give me some insight thank you in advance.
Have you checked the main connector under the loader control lever. I had one machine that had one of the pins that wouldn't continue to make contact at times.
