Can anyone give me some info on the 623k Am familiar with b e f g and their issues and reliability Just wondering what the k is like for breakdowns and maintenance is there any higher hour units out there Thinking it’s about time to upgrade into one as the other models are startimg to get a fair bit of age in them

You probably won't find a huge performance upgrade from a G to a K. The obvious difference is you're going from no aftertreatment to tier VI final. You're also going from a C15/3406 to a C13(a step backwards IMO). The machine is way quieter and nicer to run. They have a nicer seat and cushion hitch setup. The cab is different with better visibility out the front, worse visibility out the right side, and the same out of the rear. The bowl is a little bit wider and I think longer. The brakes are a far superior setup (wet and externally cooled) to the old dry drum brakes. There's a lot more electronics on everything, but it's way easier to integrate grade control if you're doing that. Maintenance wise, most things are better. The engine oil and fuel filters are remote in front of the neck. It's not the best, but it's no worse than trying to spin off a block mounted filter on a hot G model. The trans, hyd, and brake filters are all at the back of the transmission and are way easier to change.
