Any help on this? Have checked every single wire that i possibly can and have not found anything that looks to be broken or grounding out. Leaning towards a bad ECU. Wheel loader will just sit and crank and not fire. After cranking it will come up with this short to grd code. Was just running it friday and it completely died and couldnt get it to fire. Maybe thought fuel filters or something to due with fuel. Was cold out. Got it pulled into shop to thaw out for couple of days and still having issues. Assuming it has to be something with this ecu short to grd code that pops up and not letting it fire. THanks
Did you ohm out the injector harness under the valve cover? When I look up your code it points to the injection system. “All injector currents are out of specification. The injector pull-in current is too low or the injector hold-in current is incorrect.” I have seen the insulation flake right off of these harnesses before.
Have not tried that yet. Can try it in the AM.
I hope these help. Pretty sure your particular loader will only have 8 pins in the injector harness 2-90volt supply’s for 3 cylinders each and 6 control wires for grounding each injector.
