70’s Case 350

My neighbor has an early to mid 70's Case 350 diesel loader with I think a rare Drott 4 in 1 bucket. It says torque converter on the side but appears to have a manual trans. with a reverser similar to a JD 350. Something happened and it won't move. It tries to go in reverse but doesn't have enough power to move. He'd like to fix it depending on what could be wrong and parts availability. Not much for parts in Canada. Does anyone have any information on Case 350's that might have an idea what's wrong? Parts availability?

Clutch plates wore out in the shuttle ? https://partstore.casece.com/us/par...l=EN&currency=#epc::mr65425ar687014bi49902-22

Like @Tinkerer says, the problem is most likely the shuttle box. I can't recall if a 350 has a neutral position at the fwd/rev lever. If it does, what is the drive coupling doing in this position with the 4 speed also in neutral? It should only be turning slowly. Also, when in neutral can you change the manual 4sp without the gear grating?

Have you checked oil level in shuttle?

The neighbors been too busy to look at it yet. It must have a neutral because there is a metal flap the holds the shuttle lever in the middle so it can't move.
